Channel North are excited to announce that they have combined forces with Te Hiku Media to provide a new integrated news and current affairs information service for the Te Tai Tokerau/Northland region.

Funded by New Zealand on Air, this new initiative will mean viewers will shortly see the rebranded Haukāinga content via both organisations websites and platforms, as well as Channel North's Freeview 35 broadcast. The new Haukainga content will include live streams and on demand short form news items.
